The spa is located half a mile south of the Admiral Junction. It is a craftsman house set back from the street just a little bit so keep your eye out! Stairs to the porch are to the FAR left of the mailboxes and INSIDE the fence.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
We are by appointment only. This policy is enacted out of respect for the technician and our clients. Late cancellations are difficult to fill, even with a waitlist. Not showing up prevents other clients from being accommodated during the scheduled time you no longer wish to use. Therefore, we request that you provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment.
· We require a credit card on file to schedule any appointments. If you no show or cancel within 24 hours you are subject to 100% of the cost for the services booked. Cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance we may charge the card you provided 50% of the services that have been booked.
· If you are more than 5 minutes late to a 15-minute appointment or 10 minutes late to a 30-minute appointment, there is a high probability that we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.
· If you used the online booking system to reschedule, please be aware that if you have a package and schedule outside of the designated time frame, you will be charged the normal price and the package will be saved for a future appointment. If your service was previously discounted, or offered at a discount, the discount will be forfeited, and the original price will apply to re-book.
Please be aware that as compassionate as we try to be with all the changes Covid has forced upon us, we are also a small business trying to survive. Exposures, testing, symptoms, doctors’ appointments, sudden meetings, lack of childcare, or not being able to arrive on time will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
